innovation
hub.

We turn ideas into working prototypes: AI tools, websites, apps, and physical products. We build small versions, test them, and find out what is useful.

Some ideas begin with a client’s question. Others start with our own curiosity. We make room for both.

A space to build our own ideas.

Our internal innovation work gives us room to follow our curiosity beyond a client brief. We investigate new concepts, build things to try them out, and learn as we go. As the possibilities change, we keep asking what else is worth exploring.

Ideas & concepts
We explore problems, sketch possible solutions, and ask who they could help. This is where a rough idea becomes something we can put to the test.
Working prototypes
We build small, working versions to try things out. Using an idea helps us see what is useful, what needs changing, and what to leave behind.
Digital & physical
An idea might become a website, an app, a physical product, or something that connects them. We let the idea guide the form it takes.

What could work for your team?

Alongside our own projects, we explore practical questions with businesses. These are starting points for possible experiments, each with a small task and a way to check the result.

01 / Customer enquiries

Could every enquiry reach the right person sooner?

Explore whether AI could sort incoming messages and suggest who should handle them.

How we could test it
A small first test
Try a small set of example messages. Compare the suggested categories and recipients with your team's choices.
Where people stay involved
Your team checks the suggestions. Messages stay where they are until someone approves the next step.
What we would learn
How often the suggestion is right, which messages are difficult, and whether checking it saves time.
02 / Company knowledge

Could your team find an answer without the search?

Explore a question-and-answer tool that points people to the right information in your documents.

How we could test it
A small first test
Choose a small set of approved documents and questions your team asks regularly. Check each answer against the original source.
Where people stay involved
Answers should link to their sources and say when information is missing. People keep responsibility for decisions.
What we would learn
Whether answers are accurate and easy to check, and which gaps in your documents need attention.
03 / Everyday paperwork

Could an order arrive ready to review?

Explore turning information from an order or invoice into a draft your team can check.

How we could test it
A small first test
Start with example documents and a simple review screen. Compare the extracted details with the originals.
Where people stay involved
Someone checks important details before anything is added to your business software.
What we would learn
Which details are captured reliably, where mistakes happen, and whether reviewing is faster than typing.
