2. Hosting and server log files
This website is served by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data, in particular IP address, date and time, the requested address, and browser and device information. This data is used to deliver the website, keep it stable and secure, and is only stored briefly.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Vercel participates, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Cookieless audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how often. No cookies are set and nothing is stored in your browser. Visitors are not recognised across days or websites: counting uses an identifier that changes daily and cannot be traced back to you. We only see aggregated figures such as page views, referring page, country, device type and browser.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Contact form and email
When you write to us using the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, company, email address, your message and, optionally, the person responsible for the process) to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an offer.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To deliver form messages to our mailbox we use Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA; sending takes place on servers in the EU (Ireland). Our mailbox is operated by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, the Netherlands, in EU data centres. We have data processing agreements with both providers; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply to any transfers to the USA.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and delete them no later than three years after our last contact, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial or tax law) apply.
5. Fonts and content
Fonts, images and scripts on this website are served from our own server. No third-party content such as Google Fonts, embedded videos or social networks is loaded.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- erasure and restriction of processing
- data portability
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest
