AI Tourism Talent (m/f/d)
Brings AI to hotels and tourism businesses – tourism know-how counts for more than tech skills. You are the bridge between our clients in hospitality and tourism and our tech team. You understand how a business runs – from the first guest inquiry to the review – spot the processes AI can make easier and guide the implementation. You learn the technical side with us, step by step.
- Understand how hotels and tourism businesses work and find out, together with their teams, where AI saves time
- Guide clients through workshops and projects – as the first point of contact who speaks their language
- Set up, test and refine AI tools for guest communication, marketing and content
- Present results clearly and help teams switch to new ways of working
- Help develop new ideas and offers for AI in tourism
What you bring
- Experience in tourism or marketing – for example in a hotel, at a tourism board or in an agency
- You know how a business runs, from the inquiry through booking and stay to the review
- Clear, confident communication – with hosts as well as with our tech team
- An interest in AI: experience is a plus, willingness to learn is a must
- Lots of passion, drive and an appetite for learning every day
- Versatility: you think ahead, get things done and take ownership
Minimum salary under the Austrian IT collective agreement (gross per month, 14×, full time): €2,547. We are willing to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
