Start with a process review

We visit your workplace and review one process with your team. Together, we find where time and money are being lost and decide what should improve. You get a clear plan and a fixed price for the work, or an explanation of why it is not worth building.

02RebuildTwelve weeks

Two experienced engineers work alongside your team to build and launch the solution. We connect it to your existing software and make it ready for everyday use. EU data protection and AI rules are part of the work from the start.

03MeasureOngoing support, monthly fee

We keep the solution running and show you each month how it compares with where you started. If the results are not improving, we tell you. Once the first process is working well, we can work on the next one together.
